Repair Terms and Conditions
At Glitch Busters, we prioritize your peace of mind when it comes to repairing your valuable devices. Below are our Repair Terms and Conditions, designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and transparent repair experience.
1. Repair Order and Send-to-Us Pack- Once your repair order is placed, we will promptly process and send you a ‘Send-to-Us Pack’ to ensure the safe transport of your device to our repair centre. This pack includes:
- Bubble wrap for added protection
- A cardboard box for secure packaging
- A return label and tape for easy and reliable shipment.
- This Send-to-Us Pack will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order submission and will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which has an estimated 2-day delivery timeframe (excluding Sundays).
- Once you receive the Send-to-Us Pack, please securely package your device according to the provided materials.
- Attach the included return label to the box for smooth transit back to our repair station.
- For added convenience, please contact us if you’d like to arrange a doorstep collection for your package. We’re here to ensure that your device arrives safely without any hassle.
- Upon receiving your device, our technicians will begin the repair process. You will receive email updates throughout each stage of the repair, so you are kept informed of the progress.
- If we find that additional parts are needed from our suppliers or if there is a change in the repair cost, we will notify you before proceeding.
- If there is a change in the repair cost and you are not satisfied with the new price, you can opt to cancel the repair. In such cases, we will return your device free of charge to your address.
- We make every effort to ensure that your device is well-protected during transit and repair. However, please note that while we package and handle each device with care, liability for damages in transit lies with the shipping provider once it is dispatched from our repair station.
