Returns and Manufacturing Terms and Conditions
At Glitch Busters, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer service. Below are our terms and conditions for returns and manufacturing processes, in compliance with UK law:
1. Unwanted Returns- Timeframe: Any unwanted returns must be made within 14 days of the product being purchased.
- Condition: All unwanted returns must be sealed and in re-sellable condition. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless defective.
- Refund Process: Depending on the value of the item and other circumstances, provisional refunds may be granted once the item is collected and inspected. The final refund will be processed after verification of its condition.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refund/Exchange: Any returns made outside of 30 days from the original purchase date are not guaranteed a refund or exchange. In some cases, we may still be able to offer a resolution, but this is at the discretion of our team and the manufacturer.
- Manufacturer Warranty: If the product is faulty or damaged, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. In most cases, we will provide the manufacturer with 3 attempts to repair the item.
- Beyond Repair (BER): If the item is deemed Beyond Economical Repair (BER) after 3 repair attempts, we will proceed with a replacement or offer a supplement voucher towards a new item, depending on the manufacturer's response and the nature of the issue.
- Communication: You will be notified of all correspondence between us and the manufacturer regarding your return or repair process.
- Repair/Replacement Process: All defective items will be assessed by the manufacturer. The outcome of this process (repair, replacement, or voucher) will depend on the manufacturer's evaluation and communication with us. We will keep you informed throughout this process.
- These terms are governed by UK consumer protection laws. If you are returning a product due to defects, your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms.
