1. Shipping Service

• The only shipping service we offer is Royal Mail with a delivery timeframe of 3-5 working days.

2. Processing Time

• We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, during busy periods, it may take us up to 2 working days to pack and ship your order.
• We will always endeavour to process and ship orders faster than this, and in some cases, we may dispatch your order sooner, but please note this is not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days via Royal Mail, depending on their service.
• Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control, such as adverse weather or postal service disruptions.

4. Faster Delivery

• While we make every effort to dispatch orders quickly, and in some cases, may deliver sooner than the stated 3-5 working days, please note that this is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon for urgent deliveries.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the item(s) being ordered.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email, so you can track your order through the Royal Mail system.

7. Delivery Issues

• If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or if there are any issues with delivery, please contact our customer service team. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve any issues, but please allow the full 3-5 working days for delivery before reaching out.
